It might be possible to repair it yourself with ease. Not sure if you can get a new one for free if you return or don't return your previous one. Open a support ticket at
http://www.csbooth.com/ from
http://www.diygadget.com/ (Click "Customer Care" tab). Select "Open New Ticket" and fill in all the details. The Help topic should be "diygadget support".
To repair it, simply tape down any loose wire with ordinary tape (preferably transparent). It will still conduct right through as long as the wire touches the circuitry on the key extractor. Make sure you have an idea of where the wire was supposed to be before in the first place. The key extractor shouldn't be complicated to figure out. Tape the loose wire onto the circuitry and try extracting the key again.
So both your
Diygadget's/EasyMG/Tiaowiki/eBay USB Key Extractor and
Xecuter CK3/Maximus USB Xtractor probe are damaged?
