How to use the hard drive connector kit

There's writting on the PCB that says "facing the MS logo."
There's 3 Microsoft logos. The one on the case. The one on the sticker, and the one on the slot.
They all are to the right of the drive, anyway. I put the kit in the slot, apply molex power and plug in a SATA cable, and I don't hear the drive spin up.
I also tried the Mini USB, and I'm still not hearing anything.

Try going into the Motherboard BIOS and see if you find the drive detected along with the rest of your other drives. It may only spin up unless you launch Xplorer360.
