TIAO Sprinkler Pi and SIP...Turning on zones, but not turning them off

I've been having a problem with my new TIAO Sprinkler Pi using SIP. I have just installed it and it will turn on zones (including master) but will not turn them off. I am initially trying this out in manual mode. I have not tried out a program yet. Any ideas?
Update: I switched from WiFi to Ethernet and the problem still occurs. In addition, I disconnected all zone wires (including master and common), then I connected a multimeter to the common and a particular zone. Activating and deactivating the zone with no sprinkler wires connected seems to work correctly as indicated on multimeter. I can turn off and on the zones manually. When I put the sprinkler wires back in, I can turn the zones on, but I can't turn them off.
Update again...
I must've had a bad power supply. I switched to my old sprinkler ac adaptor and it now works flawlessly.
