I recently tried connecting a new samsung ms28 to my pc with the power adapter. The adapter lights up and the pc recognizes the drive, but the tray will not eject with the eject button. What am I doing wrong?

When you press Eject button, do you see any LED changes?

The leds change from red to green, but absolutely nothing happens. You can't even hear the drive motors working.
