Does anyone know which Step (#1234567891011) in this tutorial was when I dumped the key successfully?

Also, which DVD drive manufacturer should the dumped key go into? My previous drive was a Lite-On with 93450c firmware. Answer: It can go into any drive.
I figured it out...
In order to flash a drive, a source firmware must be selected under the FirmwareTool 32 tab. Simply use the firmware that you dumped the key from and it will copy over all the necessary data to the desired target iXtreme firmware once you select "Spoof Source to Target". Then after doing that, head on over to to the MTK Flash 32 tab.
You can use "Manual Spoofing" as well if you only have the original key but not the firmware .bin file with the Inquiry/Identify/Drive Serial information (you should have them all anyway if used DOSFLASH). So load up the iXtreme firmware into the target for your new drive, and then type or copy and paste in the key from your old drive. Now spoof it as the old drive, or as nothing if the old drive matches the firmware for the new drive.
Remember that the Xbox 360 needs to report that the current drive installed is the one that it remembers. So you have to spoof it as that one and the key must match. You don't have to worry about the Inquiry/Identify/Drive Serial data, this information is located on the PCB for reference and may or may not be included with your key dump.
NOTE: If you get an error message in JungleFlasher stating that your firmware .bin dump is missing some "drive specific information", it is because your drive was probably a 83850c-v2 at first, but then they reflashed it to 93450c (this is also why you don't have to remove any paints on the traces). You don't have to rebuild the info that's on the drive such as the PCB/Laser/Barcode# even though they added a sticker on top of your drive cover with the new info. When they were reflashing it, they didn't bother to change it and so it was left blank. So it looks like the key is the most important thing to get from the drive, or else you will have to get it from the 360 motherboard instead.
