I just got the TUMPA adapter and now I´m trying to get it to work with Ftprog my adapter has PID 6010 and uses the standard drivers from another USB-Serial adapter
Is it possible to get a template.xml file to reset the FTDI on TUMPA?
I read something about to download the template, but al links are dead.
i can't program the device and i think because of the faulty PID of 6010 and the VID of 0403.
Please help me

Goodmorning,
I used the xml file but i still got the same "unhandled exception"
i used win XP 32bit
i used win7 32 and 64bit but always the same result.
does anyone have an option or solution?

backup your current TUMPA configuration from FT_Prog as template and post here (zip the file before uploading to forum)
for further investigation

I can not program the tumpa with any template , i'll attach a few pictures of what happens.

It seems like FT_Prog can not detect EEPROM and/or you have a faulty unit.
You need to contact TIAO corp.
