Setup for TUMPA device

Hi guys!
I recently bought the TUMPA device and planning to buy the Black Flash device also in the future but the main problem here right now is that I can't get to setup TUMPA with OpenOCD 0.8.0 .
I tried on ubuntu and it gives the same error likewise on windows 7-8.1. The error is "Cannot build & run test program using ftd2xx.lib" ... What do I do?
All the suggestions are very outdated and I've found no guides or info on how to setup for this current version.

You can contact Paul Fertser, he is openOCD developer and he has TUMPA & TUMPA-Lite. I believe he will help you regarding build problems.
