Thomson TG585V8 CPU and flash unrecognized

Hello my friends,

My favourite software is "zjtag".
The problem is it does not recognize, the CPU, that is an "Infineon PSB 50601 HL", and it flash that is a "Winbond W9825G6EH-75".
Who can suggest me what to do?
Do you think that the application has no drivers for the chips?
I don't know, but i would like to know.

All FFFF's mean no proper JTAG communication. Please make sure;
* you connected your Thomson Gateway
* you powered on your Thomson Gateway
* you are using correct /cable: switch
* you are using correct JTAG pin-out (if not please see http://www.jtagtest.com/pinouts/ for pinouts)

* you are using correct JTAG pin-out -> Yes, it not my first time, TDO,TDI, TCK, TMS and GND.
I must need add support on jtag, to the infineon and winbond chips. I think.

Chip support is NOT needed for probing. If you can't see chip ID, but all FFFF's, then something wrong with your JTAG connection.
Please try using both /skipdetect and /instrlen:32 with current parameters.
