Hi, are you on Windows 7 or XP? Do you see unknown device in device manager?

no its not in device manger. im windows 7

did you hear the beep when you plug or unplug the adapter to your pc? do you see any notification message from the icon tray?
can you try a different usb cable and a different pc?
btw, is it TUMPA or TUMPA Lite?

i think my brother removed the eeprom for the chip on the board

im sure its not the cable it was finding it before he removed a device. sence then it hasnt showed up again?? the uninstall 1.4 was used and after that i have not been able to see it again in device manager.Can someone plz help

im not sure what 1.4 removes but its not in my device manger so how do i install drivers? ive used another computer and it doesnt see it eitherwhat can i do so windows will see it again help plz.
