Our TUMPA is so popular, so we have decided to make a 'lite' version: TUMPA-Lite.
These are the differences:
1: TUMPA-Lite only has one channel, but it still do multi-prototol, meaning jtag,spi, i2c, serial etc
2: TUMPA-Lite only support 3.3v or 5.0v, won't support 1.8v
3: TUMPA-Lite will not have onboard buffer chip

Is there a separate driver for the Tumpa-Lite? I tried installing on Win 7 with the standard TUMPA and Windows says it can't find the driver.

There may be a seperate driver as they use different chips. Stay tuned! TIAO corp. should make TUMPA-Lite drivers available soon.
TUMPA is powered by FTDI's flagship communication chip FT2232H.
TUMPA-Lite is powered by FTDI's Single channel communication chip FT232H.

Hi, on the ordering page Some pictures are with the pin stripe soldered and some others are with the pin stripes not soldered. How will the device be shipped?

As far as I know, It will be shipped as IDC headers are NOT soldered on the board and you will need to solder IDC headers on TUMPA-Lite.

But you better ask TIAO Corp. by sending ticket or e-mail, to be sure.
