Hi, can the new RGH 2.0 work on your coolrunner-II CPLD board? If so, any tutorials? Does RGH 2.0 have better glitch times compared to RGH 1.1 for Falcon? Thanks!

Will we have to knock off any caps like what has to be done on the xecuter chip to get rgh 2.0 to work on the tiao coolrunner ?
also what version of the files give best results I remember reading somewhere online that xecuters version of rgh 2.0 is badly coded and there are better versions,
Don't know if thats true or not though

I'm using the Tiao board on a Falcon, 14719 dash, and RGH 2.0 falcon specific timings used by the TX guys. Gotta run the board in "slim" mode (jumpers p2.3 and 4), with the capacitors disabled (No jumper on P2.1 and 2)
Dont have to knock off any caps or modify the board. Although I stuck an LED on the board for the debug. Super useful. What I've found is that the Tiao board is super sensitive to messy wiring installs. My I2C and STBY_CLK wiring are no more than 3" long. Cant have anything tangled, its gotta be a very "clean" install. I fought with it for hours until I replaced all the plugs with direct solder connections and used higher grade wiring. Next step is to go to twisted pairing to help with EMI. CPU_RST is already shielded.
