and this is what I get every time instead of memory access. What am I doing wrong see pic plz?

I'm using win 7 x64. I have the jumper set to disable bootloader. I bought my board back in october last year it worked the first time I used it, then it stopped working. I returned the board for a replacement and now this is what happens with the new board. I hope I didn't confuse u to much

I also faced this problem.When i couldn't come out from this problem then i took it to mechanic.after that i don't face this problem.If you can't come out this problem then you should take to an expert.
