I try plugging in my device not detecting on windows xp and vista and even try reinstalling for hours so I decide to open open the device and notice there a brown wire wasn't even solder to the board I was wonder is there a way for my to re solder this back to get it to work?

Hi, is your USB extractor recognized by windows? do you see a COM device in device manager?
There is only one wire needed for the extractor, the wire should be soldered to RXD, do you see that?

It shown up as unknown device I look at the pin of the chip it seem the solder of the pin is touching each other even with driver already installed.

OK, when you unplug it and replug it, do you hear a sound from your speaker? The pins shouldn't touch each other otherwise you wouldn't see it in device manager.
have you tried to right mouse click on the 'unknown device' and try to update the driver?
Also, are you using it on Vista or ?

Yes I try that even manually the driver to it still no success. I'm using XP and Vista try on two different machine still said unknown device.
