The top pad is done. But the V cut you made has opened up the light-green path so the pads to the left/right of the pad you cut can't communicate anymore. The dark-green lines are the borders.
A wire (with needle) is needed to fix the light-green line to allow the pads to the left/right to communicate. You can solder or simply ask someone to hold it while you do the regular DosFlash steps. You may have to do this setup on a breadboard now using extra wires. More info

The black pogo cable will insert into the top pad with the V-shaped cut when you are about to use DosFlash. CK3 lights must be lit indicating that it is on, and the switches must be in the up position. Don't forget to plug in the Xbox DVD drive SATA cable in a compatible SATA chipset.
