Nandpro is mainly for used for flashing from Xell->Xellous or XBR
But use
Jtag Tool or
iHc NandTool for flashing Xell->freeBoot since you won't have to grab the required files from Xbins -

Xell is a requirement before flashing to XBR/freeBoot. And the SMC hack also has to be done before you can boot into the flashed images or run any Jtag program on the console.
Instructions taken from here -

It's really quite simple.
1. Do your JTAG wiring and connect the Xbox to your PC via USB or LPT.
2. Select LPT or USB from the 'device' dropdown, depending on the method you are using.
3. Select your console version from the 'console type' dropdown.
4. Click 'read nand' and save it to your desktop. You may want to dump it a couple of times and compare the dumps to be sure you have got a good dump.
5. Click 'write xell', then after it has written Xell connect the Xbox to your TV and switch the Xbox on by pressing the eject button. It will boot into xell and you can get your CPU key.
6. Paste your CPU key into the 'CPU Key' box.
7. Click 'create .bin', then browse to the dump you did in step 4.
8. Save freeBOOT.bin to desktop.
9. Once it has created freeBOOT.bin click 'write .bin' and browse to 'freeBOOT.bin' on your desktop.
10. It will write freeBOOT to your NAND, and you should be good to go smile.gif
The SMC hack can be done before, during, or after flashing/jtagging -
