NandPro 2.0d to 2.0e

I have the usb SPI and I have NandPro 2.0d and I want to use 2.0e with the gui. how do I go about switching? I haven't used it yet and was just getting it set up when I read that 2.0e was out after I already used 2.0d.

Switch by simply creating a new separate folder for NandPro 2.0e, or overwriting files in NandPro 2.0d.
