So this is the story. I ordered the XBOX 360 USB SPI JTAG Utility Bundle with Solderless Flasher Addon from Diygadget. Upon receiving the item and trying to program usb nand reader it with multiple computers and getting errors, I came to the conclusion the chip was faulty on the nand reader...
So I sent the item back and the item was replaced. Tested the replacement today and it's working 100%.
I would just like to say a big thanks to Mike who got this resolved. I will continue to support Diygadget as I have done in the past and will continue to refer them to others in the future
