bad nand dump

i've dumped my nand about 20 times and every time i dump it an error appears saying
"Error:250 reading block 162"
and then when i check it with infectus nand checker it says there are 2 bad pages. what do i do to fix this? ive check my wires several times and they all seem 2 be in the right places.

You are gong to have to redo and recheck everything starting from scratch here and here until you get an error-free dump (you can try a different Nand-dumping tool like iHc NandTool or XNand Healer GUI). Problems may or may not occur if you continue on...
Make sure you use a 32-bit operating system like Windows XP to lessen the amount of problems. Also, refollow the XeLL-JTAG-XBR-Hack guide again. Make sure the connections on the USB-SPI and directly on the Xbox 360 are OK, and the Bootloader Mode jumper is in the right place before dumping. Also, check to see if the Xbox 360 is turned off, but power adapter still plugged in, etc. Also do not Solder the SMC-JTAG connections yet, because they shouldn't be connected while dumping the Nand. Remove them as shown here.

The issue is not user or tool related. If it gives a bad block at the same place in more than 3 dumps then no matter how many times you dump your nand, it's not going to fix it. Bad blocks are actual defects with the nand. But the good news is they are common and easy to rectify if you only have 1 or 2, you just remap it to the end
