how to set the pins ??

i need help to set this pins on Univeral Jtag:
1. +5 VCD
2. VDDFLASH
3. TDI
4. TMS
5. TCK
6. TDO
7. NRST
8. GND
a. PGMNOE
b. PGMRDY
c. GND
has anybody a picture where i can set this ?
