Hi, it depends where you are, sometimes you can get within 5 business days, but sometimes it may take 10 business days. We ship items within 24 hours.
As for the JTAG adapter, you need to take at least 10 pictures while your are jtagging it and write a tutorial. We will publish the tutorials on www.tiaowiki.com but we will give you the credit.
