When trying to program my USB SPI Jtag, I got the PIC programmed right, but when the tutorial said 'go to where you unzipped nandpro', I did and it said that the drivers could not be found. So I read a different post and downloaded a revised nandpro driver. It worked, but it said exactly this: 'The drivers for your device have been found, but they were not able to be installed correctly.' Then it doesn't give me another option to do any thing else! So I need help. I kind of have been wondering if anything here is legit... I can't see this working very well, especially since I've looked at other posts saying that they are having trouble with the same if not similar things. Then the responses to these posts are just refferring me back to the tutorial that I started at. I chose TIAO because of their low prices, but I guess if it's cheap, it doesn't work!

Do Steps 1-8 (I had revised my post regarding the updated driver in this thread). Make sure you have the device plugged in. Make sure you delete custom.inf. Try to make sure you know how to look for Windows XP GUI-related things in Windows Vista and follow the instructions below, exactly. Otherwise use a virtual machine, or a computer that has Windows XP running...
Also this assumes you don't have to disable things like DEP/driver signing/services inside of Windows Vista to get it to work, etc. I think the error message and problem you have is normal for Windows Vista. Does it still install Memory Access in Device Manager? Try continue on and see what happens. The driver stated in the tutorial below was meant for Windows Vista/7 or XP.

6. After installation is completed, restart. This is not really a necessary driver to install since it is for LPT only. This driver also prevents error messages from popping up in NandPro. Plus, now that we got all the necessary files sitting in our NandPro BIN folder, as well as the DLPortIO.dll (DriverLinxPortIO) file - NandPro should be stable without any bugs. Remember to launch NandPro from the BIN folder, don't use the GUI executable.
The NandPro 2.0e software/driver part is now completed! If you have an LPT JTag, please continue here. Steps 7-10 is for USB-SPI only.
7. USB-SPI users, follow the Tiaowiki tutorial starting from here - http://www.tiaowiki.com/w/How_to_JTAG_XBOX_360_Using_TIAO_USB_SPI_Interface#Prepare_TIAO_360_USB_SPI_Interface It will ask you to install the Microchip USB driver, and flash the PicFlash.hex using the Microchip program.
8. Now later on during the Tiaowiki tutorial, instead of pointing to the NandPro2d directory as stated, point it to our own NandProGui's BIN directory. This is the ONLY change you need to make in that tutorial.

There has been success stories and reviews for all Tiaowiki devices.

Delete the custom.inf file. Try to do exactly what I wrote in Steps 1-8. Does Memory Access still show up in Device Manager under LibUSB-Win32 devices? Do you have 14 files sitting in your BIN folder? If not, then follow what I wrote in the step-by-step instructions.
Before you can begin, you have to confirm that Memory Access has showed up in Device Manager.
The last resort is to not install Memory Access and continue on with the tutorial starting from Steps 9-10 here - http://www.tiaowiki.com/forums/xbox-360-hardware-talk/nandpro-2-0e-jtag-starting-checklist-(all-windows)/ Or you can use a Windows XP virtual machine, and it will guarantee to work.
