USB SPI device not detected

I am 100% positive everything is wired correctly, I programmed it correctly, and followed every instruction perfect. After looking at many other posts that also say that they could not detect a flash controller, I am wondering if anyone has had it working, and considering 95% of things in this forum are stuff not working, is anything here even legit? If anyone can help me please respond.
