Nandpro LibUSB driver supports 64-bit operating system.
Point to the Nandpro 2.0d extracted folder, and then point to the .INF file. Make sure there is the "custom.inf" file in your Nandpro folder. Don't point to the Nandpro 2.0e extracted folder, since it doesn't have an inf file. Drivers cannot be installed without .inf files in a directory/folder.
Also, make sure you rename libusb0_x64.sys/dll to just libusb0.sys/dll The custom.inf file seems to be pointing to the 32-bit driver. So we are trying to trick the installer. Update: You can just download this -
