Xbox can't detect disc

My xbox suddenly cannot read games or DVDs anymore, after repairs it read everything fine but the next day it stopped reading them, I checked the repairs they are all good and I know the key is good because it did play games at first, I did some pot adjustments but they don't seem to help.

Try putting in an original non-burnt game. If doesn't work, then the lens is damaged. Replace the lens somewhere (maybe from another drive or at a store) or buy a new LiteOn drive.
Another thing to try is to clean the lens if that is possible.

Cleaning the lens don't seem to help.... It made it worse now the laser won't even start up when you put the disc in orginal,burned, or DVDs nothing works.... How do you replace the laser?

Maybe a cable/wire on the drive's PCB slipped out or not locked into place.
Anyway, to replace the lens/laser you need to have another drive that has the same kind of lens and then swap it. Make sure you know how to fit the lens inside the PCB just like the original, and connect it back up properly. You can buy another LiteOn or find some place that sell lens for LiteOn drives.

The thing that keeps the blue ribbon tight did fall off so the ribbon is not as tight in there as it should be, but i think it is connected because if you disconnect it completely the disc can't spin but if I plug it in it can still spin... and to replace a laser do I need to solder and all that stuff?

The day before you made this thread, your drive was working? Normally LiteON 83850c v2/93450c drives are resistant to failure. I would contact the repair center again to see if they can fix your drive for free. There are a lot of guides on the internet to replace the drive laser. I would buy a new LiteOn drive instead of buying a new laser and cleaning/repair kit, which might cost just as much as a new drive.

The fee for repairing a DVD drive on United States Xbox.com is $99.99
You said before you someone repaired your drive for you. Contact that same person again that they didn't do the repairs properly for a refund. Make sure the price you have to pay for repairs or a brand-new laser doesn't add up to the cost of a brand-new drive.

Before I get a replacement drive I want to try and fix the drive first im going to try and redo my repairs, How do I remove the already dried conductive glue?

You might have to use boiling water to get rid of the conductive glue, along with other chemicals I guess. Try boiling/hot water first.
If continuity exists on all the pads in black, then it is fine (except for the ones with X). If JungleFlasher/BIOS/Xbox 360 can detect the drive, it is fine as well. You can try adding more glue but it shouldn't matter. Reflash the drive with iXtreme LT v1.1 or stock firmware if necessary.
Try to test your drive using all of the non-burnt Xbox 360 discs you have.

I fixed it haha as a last resort I removed the conductive glues even my multimeter said everything was fine, Reapplied the glue and now it works again.
