So I received this in the mail today.. I thought this was all I needed to flash my liteon.... Do I need to buy a 5 volt power supply also or am i just not connecting correctly
This is what I have

that is all u need ... The Molex cables from the power supply which comes from your cpu goes into the CK3. The SATA cables goes into the motherboard or a PCI device.

thx 4 responding... Having trouble finding the Molex in PC... Can you link me to tutorial? this is the only 1 that I can find...

I find the red black black yellow but the connection is flat.... kinda similar to the sata but longer ... >

It looks like brand-new computers don't come with Molex power cables anymore. SATA power cables are used to power up SATA drives, and not IDE drives.

Yeah my Pc is brand new..... Hopefully this is my last road block? Do I have to order this online? or maybe radio shack might carry this?

Yes, Radio Shack/The Source/Circuit City most likely carries it. You might find it in Walmart/Office Depot/CompUSA/Best Buy/FutureShop/Staples/Canadian Tire/CompuSmart/Metafore etc. if you are lucky.

If the CK3 runs off +5VDC then it should be fine. I don't think it would expect +12VDC. There are also Molex (female) to USB cables.
Also, it's possible to flash a drive by using a SATA (male) to eSATA (female) cable. That way you can flash without opening your computer case. Via VT6421 cards have an eSATA port - http://www.diygadget.com/vt6421a-raid-pci-sata-controller-card-for-xbox-360.html

Ok So I received my external power source and more road blocks... Starting to wonder if its really worth it..... ANYWAYS... Help...
I hook my power supply to Conn Kit V3 and hit eject and the drive doesn't respond.... Led Light above is red /Led 2 is green / Led 4 is green...( Is that how is should be) when I hit Eject the Green Light from 4 goes to led 3 red... And explain mode be for me..;
Next problem..
Drive is not showing up in Jungle flasher... I even tried later to hook up with 360, I open disk drive, turned off xbox closed halfway and turn on xbox and nothing is showing up when I went that route also..... I switched the sata from 3 to com 4 and still no luck...
Gave up for today will try again tomorrow... Please help anything will be a plus because I am beaten right now

Just curious, but did you resolve your eject issue? The reason I am asking is because I am experiencing the same issue. Pressing the eject button does not open the drive tray; I have not tested my connectivity kit with another drive...yet

No the problem didnt get resolve... I even pulled my hitachi just to see if maybe the drive was broken but that didn't eject also! IF you come up with a solution... hit me with a pm please thx....

Does the drive get detected outside of Windows? You will normally see it displayed with a LiteOn model number. I can assume the drive is damaged if this is not the case.
If when you put the drive back in the 360, it should be able to play your games fine - simply because the drive has not been modded yet. This is assuming the firmware wasn't erased yet, and all the PCB cables/wires were plugged in.
Don't worry about ejecting yet (ejecting will work after plugging it back in to the 360). Do so after you get the key, and flash the drive. Before we can even begin modding, the drive has to be detected outside of Windows or by the Xbox 360.
