I got the key after a few days of hit and miss.
Anyway, does anyone have a pic they have upload showing a successful rebuild of their PCB? I am still not getting how to put on the solder paste correectly, as my multimeter always goes from the middle to the bottom (0). I have tried several times already, and I would rather see someone's PCB to see how it looks like.
Also, MODs, that pic in that thread showing where to position the multimeter is not there anymore, can you please upload it again? I figured it out myself but some people may not get it.

This is going to be a trick step and you should wait a while before attempting it. If you don't do it properly, you will find out later on that when the paste dries, the computer won't detect your drive even during POST/CMOS/BIOS.
You might have to open a help support ticket here to see how it's supposed to be done http://www.csbooth.com/helpdesk/ The Tiaowiki tutorial doesn't state how it should be done exactly. It's recommended to post a screenshot of your PCB and they might edit it for you.
There are dark-green lines on the PCB that must be put together (soldered or pasted) properly without shorting the entire circuit. Here's why - http://www.tiaowiki.com/forums/xbox-360-hardware-talk/how-to-read-and-dump-key/

Make sure you let the solder dry completely before turning it on or else it will spark. If you need to apply more solder or solder paste, then you will simply have to wait for it to dry again before turning the CK3 on along with your computer. Also, don't use the pogo pin cables on the PCB as it is not needed. You will only be adding extra power into the drive.

You know what.....after 8 hours of frustration with the damn thing and getting it to work with this cheap ass paste and most probably causing short circuit, I have just decided to buy a whole new drive.....my new BenQ is on the way (since I already have the key)....thanks for all the patience, Tutoromix, really appreciate it.

Good luck on the new drive, but there is a device that can act as a PCB Rebuilder that you have to buy, assuming the vias/pads are still intact (they are pretty hard to damage anyway). With this device, you can switch between normal operation (rejoining mode) or dump operation (pre-cut mode).
Just for anyone interested on not doing the PCB rebuilding part.
